Shipping policy

Bjöerk ships orders from Sweden on Swedish business days (Monday–Friday). Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation will be sent by email, including tracking information where available.

The estimated delivery time within Sweden is shown at checkout and is normally 2–5 business days from the date the order has been shipped, unless otherwise stated. During campaigns, peak seasons, or unforeseen events, delivery times may be longer.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any offers for free shipping will be stated separately in the store or at checkout.

At present, we deliver within Sweden only. Delivery to other countries may be offered at a later stage and will then be clearly shown at checkout. Bjöerk reserves the right to restrict deliveries to regions where applicable laws, transport regulations, or logistical conditions prevent the sale of cosmetic products.

If a shipment is damaged during transport or does not arrive, the customer should contact our customer support as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter and provide further assistance.
