Refund policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal – Bjöerk

At Bjöerk, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable EU legislation. The withdrawal period is calculated from the day the order is received, or, in the case of split deliveries, from the day the final shipment is received.

To initiate a return, the customer must register the request through our return form. After this, we will send a QR code by email to be used for returning the item. A return fee of SEK 60 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The customer is responsible for the item until the return has been received by Bjöerk. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened and sealed packaging. For hygiene products where the seal has been broken, a deduction for diminished value may be made, which in some cases may correspond to the full value of the product.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed, and will be processed within 14 days from the date we have received both the withdrawal notice and the returned item, or proof that the item has been sent back.

Bjöerk does not offer exchanges. If the customer wishes to receive a different product, the original item must be returned and a new order placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bjoerkofsweden.com so that we can assist you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume products cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. Any exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
